Check-in is at 14:00 (02:00 PM). Please ensure the following before going in:

• All check-in details will be shared with you the day before your arrival.

Check-out Day

Check-out is at 10:00 (10:00 AM). Please ensure the following before leaving:

• Turn lights off / AC / Water heater.
• Lock door/windows.
• Leave dirty towels in the bathroom.
• Grab any personal belongings.
• Notify the host of your departure.

House Rules

• NO SMOKING. Smoking is not allowed in the room at any time.
• QUIET HOURS. Please respect our neighbors, our quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please reduce noise and music during these hours.
• PARTIES. Parties or Loud music are not allowed. Please be considerate of surrounding areas. Registered guests will be only allowed guests in the room.
• OCCUPANCY. During your stay, we ask that the guests registered through the booking site only stay/have access to the property.
• NO PETS: Pets are not allowed on the property.
